Task:

Since the beginning of social media, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket have been using social platforms to strengthen their brand and brand image. Their goal is to showcase postal and parcel topics to the general public and to communicate with customers to build a community.

What we do:

Rheindigital identified Instagram, Facebook and X as target plaforms for current and potential future Deutsche Post and DHL Paket customers. We produce German-language content ranging from information about products and services, to entertaining and user-generated content, as well as corporate topics and competitions. Our content elements consistent of photos, videos, reels, and text. We also manage community reactions to our posts and foster active engagement.

The result:

Our Deutsche Post channels (Instagram and Facebook) and our DHL Paket channels (Facebook and X) are constantly growing. In 2023, Rheindigital published and aerage of 700 posts for the four channels. Posts that entertain audiences and generate positive emotions have a particularly high reach. Deutsche Posts's highest-performing video of 2022 achieved over 400,000 views, over 11,500 reactions on Instagram, and was shared 1,378 times. DHL Paket's most successful Facebook post in 2023 achieved over 1.6 million views and over 15,400 reactions.
